High Season:  $1,700 per week
(May 30^th - Aug. 18^th & Dec. 21^st - Jan. 4^th)

Mid Season
$1,250 per week
(August 19th-the Weekend after Labor Day)

Low Season
$1,100 per week
(The remainder of the year)
